If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to exchange or return an item please email email@example.com.
We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 10 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. We will provide you a free* pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned (*USA customers only). Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.
You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund on an order that you received free shipping, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund***
Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we do not ship internationally. We ship to the 48 states within the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Which carrier do your use to ship your products?
We have partnered with USPS and UPS to deliver you the very best shipping services so we can deliver your favorite FOR OUR GOD ONLY items. We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping on all orders below $75. Free shipping on all orders $75 or more. All domestic shipping rates reflect USPS or UPS doorstep delivery. From our business to your home, a happy customer every time is our number one priority.
How many days before my item is shipped?
We generally ship orders within 24-48 business hours, however, it may take longer depending on volume.
Orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days from shipment but may take up to 7.
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in your tracking confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
Your entire order must be shipped to a single address.
FOR OUR GOD ONLY is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS, FOR OUR GOD ONLY is no longer responsible for the package. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
Do you accept CashApp or Venmo?
We accept payment by CashApp to make things more convenient! Simply place your order and select offline payment - then CashApp your total to $forourgodonly. Payment must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
To pay by Venmo, you must have the setting activated on your Venmo account. First go to Venmo Settings --> Connect browsers --> Connect the browser you use to shop on your mobile device. For most I-Phone Users this will be Safari. Once you have the browser connect on your Venmo account, you can shop on our website through that browser. At checkout, please select the Paypal option for payment. Once you select the Paypal option, it will give you the option to pay via Venmo.
